I was treated okay at Alpine Chevrolet and my service rep did a good job. Also, my vehicle was ready based on the estimated time my service rep indicated it should take to complete the services I requested. However, the prices for the services I received on my vehicle seem much more expensive than when this dealership was operated as Len Lyall Chevrolet. Also, I'm rather disturbed by these issues; 1) I had a $20 off coupon for my oil change service and I don't see this applied anywhere on my bill. 2) When my car was returned to me the front of my car looked liked it had been sprayed with dirty water and prior to coming in for service I just had it cleaned...as a result I had to get it cleaned again! 3) I have tried multiple times to call the dealers main number (303- 344-3100) to discuss my concerns but all I get is a message that says "this number is no longer taking calls" and then the call disconnects. Needless to say I'm NOT happy at all with my overall experience at Alpine Chevrolet, Aurora, CO.

Got an oil change service and they fixed my thermostat. But then they proceed to tell me I need brakes, I refused and turns out my brakes have little wear on them! I will not be returning for anything else to that dealership!

I use this dealership for a reason. Any car issue I've had since 2018 they have solved it. I like having a customer service rep that knows my cars and me on sight. Jesus is that rep for me. I like to be informed what is happening during the process of a repair and Jesus lets me know if issues come up. I needed some different spark plugs that weren't in stock at the dealership so i would need to return the next day to finish. But he found a supplier that had them and could deliver them today in less than an hour. That made my day. He then test drove my car to be sure everything was good before i took it. Thanks Jesus
